POLLASTRE AMB PATATES/ POLLO CON PATATAS/ CHICKEN WITH CHIPS
COOK TIME: 35 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS
· 1 chicken drumstick
· 100gr. Peas
· 2 potatoes
· 1 carrot
· 1 onion
· Oil
· Salt
· Pepper
· Water
METHOD
1 First put the oil and the chicken drumstick into the pan. If you like, you can add some salt and pepper to your taste.
2 In a separated pan, fry oil, tomato, onion and chopped carrots. Three minutes later add a little water in it.
Stir regularly for 7 minutes and mix it with the chicken
3 While the chicken and the vegetable mixture are cooking take a pot and put some water and the peas to simmer.
4 While the peas are simmering, peel and quarter some potatoes and put them in another pan to fry. Cook them for 5 minutes until they get brown. Stir them frequently.
5 Place the chicken drumstick with the fryed and the peas and add the chips. If you prefer you can make a green salad.
6 If you like, put the dish into the oven for about 5 minutes.
7 Finally, serve it immediately.
